摘要
待优生教育是学校教育的薄弱环节,是提高整体教育质量的关键步骤。传统待优生教育秉持提高待优生学业成绩的思维定式,阻碍了待优生优势潜能的充分发展,限制了多元共生人才格局的形成。逆向思维是一种逆常规思路思考的方法,具有双向性、质疑性、开放性和非逻辑性的特点,为待优生教育注入新的活力,启示尊重学生个体差异,革新传统唯分数的单一评价机制,助力待优生向优秀生转化。具体到教育实践中,可从树立全新的人才观念、提供多样化的教育内容、运用差异化的教学方法、采取全面综合的考评机制等几个方面进行落实。
The education for underachievers is the weak link of school education and the key step to improve the overall quality of education.The traditional underachiever education adheres to the thinking pattern of improving the academic achievement of underachievers,which hinders the full development of the advantage potential of them and restricts the formation of multi-symbitional talent pattern.Reverse thinking is a kind of method of thinking in reverse routine way,which has the characteristics of bidirectional,questioning,open and non-logical.Reverse thinking injects new vitality into the education of underachievers,enlightens the respect of students'individual differences,innovates the traditional single evaluation mechanism of only score,and helps them to transform into excellent students.It can be practiced by the establishment of a new concept of talent,to provide a variety of educational content,the use of differentiated teaching methods,comprehensive evaluation mechanism and so on.
