摘要
合成氨及甲醇生产装置在应用时会产生较多的废气,甲醇驰放气非渗透气以及合成氨驰放气是废气生产LNG的主要原料气,可以用来回收利用,降低废气的排放率。但在实际的废气生产LNG过程中,出现了废气生产LNG液化工艺应用水平有待提高以及LNG净化工艺选择不够合理等问题。对合成氨及甲醇生产装置废气生产LNG过程中存在的主要问题进行研究,并就如何对其进行节能改造提一些意见和建议。
More waste gas will be produced in the application of synthetic ammonia and methanol production plant.Methanol flaccid gas is non permeable and synthetic ammonia flaccid gas is the main raw gas for LNG production,which can be used for recycling,LNG production and reducing the emission rate of waste gas.However,in the actual process of LNG production from waste gas,there are some problems such as the application level of LNG liquefaction process for waste gas production needs to be improved and the selection of LNG purification process is not reasonable.In this paper,the main problems existing in the production of LNG from the waste gas of ammonia and methanol production units are studied,and some suggestions and suggestions on how to carry out energy-saving transformation are put forward.
