换热器在化工生产过程中起着重要作用,其能够将热量传导至冷流体,使化工设备温度降低至符合工业生产要求,便于开展后续的化工生产劳动。在化工设备换热器工作过程中,受长期负荷运作、化工生产环境不洁、化工原料腐蚀性强的诸多原因影响,常出现腐蚀受损现象,影响后期化工设备工作的开展。主要围绕化工设备换热器的常见腐蚀与防腐进行研究。

Heat exchanger plays an important role in the chemical production process.It can transfer heat to cold fluid,reduce the temperature of chemical equipment to meet the requirements of industrial production,and facilitate the subsequent chemical production.In the working process of chemical equipment heat exchanger,influenced by many reasons such as long-term load operation,unclean chemical production environment and strong corrosivity of chemical raw materials,chemical equipment heat exchanger often suffers from corrosion damage,which affects the later development of chemical equipment work.This paper will focus on the common corrosion and corrosion prevention of heat exchanger of chemical equipment.
