随着我国社会经济的发展,化工行业也取得了空前发展,尤其是化工机械设备的精密程度也逐渐提高,同时因新技术设备更新较快,在实际的使用期间都会出现不同程度的问题。因此,为确保化工机械设备良好的运行状态,需要及时排查设备内部缺陷,减少设备在使用期间发生润滑故障,提前制定控制措施,以增强设备使用期间的润滑成效。基于此,对化工机械设备润滑故障分析及控制措施进行研究。

With the development of social economy in our country,the chemical industry in our country has also made unprecedented development,especially the precision degree of chemical machinery and equipment has gradually improved during the production period.At the same time,due to the rapid renewal of new technology and equipment,problems of different degrees will appear during the actual use period.Therefore,in order to ensure the good operation of chemical machinery and equipment,it is necessary to check the internal defects of the equipment in time,reduce the lubrication failure of the equipment during the use,and formulate control measures in advance,so as to enhance the lubrication effect during the use of the equipment.Based on this,this paper studies the lubrication failure analysis and control measures of chemical machinery and equipment.
