摘要
大型化工装置的试车过程中,火炬系统气量大,火炬放空气种类多,试压难度大,试压过程危险性高。如何按照规范要求安全稳妥完成试压和气密工作,尤其是试车初期尚不具备提供大量的试压介质,选择方案的安全可靠性及有操作性尤为关键,也是试压和气密工作完成的前提。
The flare system.Due to the large volume of gas,many kinds of flare vent air,the difficulty of pressure test and the high risk of pressure test process,how to safely and stably complete pressure test and air tight work in accordance with the requirements of the specifications Especially in the initial stage of test run,there is not a large amount of pressure test medium available,so the selection of the scheme is safe and reliable,especially the operability,which is also the premise for the completion of pressure test and air tight work.
