Based on the analysis of the structure principle and actual use of the finished belt weigher in the compound fertilizer plant,from the aspects of the design and installation of the weigher frame,the operation of the belt conveyor,and the daily use and maintenance,the root cause of the inaccurate measurement of the belt weigher is found,and targeted measures are taken to try to hang the code and check the chain code,and the error is controlled at about 0.5% compared with the actual input of raw materials。
