摘要
在对锅炉压力容器、压力管道进行检验时,可以发现管道的裂纹问题是比较常见的一种故障。一旦压力容器、压力管道出现了裂纹问题,就会对设备的应用安全性造成严重的威胁,甚至会对操作人员的日常工作产生不利的影响。所以在对压力容器、压力管道进行检验时,必须提高检验工作的质量和效率,并且对裂纹问题进行及时的发现和解决。这不仅可以提高设备运行的安全性,还可以保证操作人员的作业安全。因此在进行设备应用时,必须提高对检验工作的重视程度。主要就压力容器压力管道检验中的裂纹问题处理进行相关的分析和探讨。
When inspecting boiler pressure vessels and pressure pipelines,it can be found that pipeline cracks are a relatively common failure problem.Once cracks occur in pressure vessels and pressure pipelines,they will seriously threaten the application safety of the equipment and even adversely affect the daily work of operators.Therefore,when inspecting pressure vessels and pressure pipelines,it is necessary to improve the quality and efficiency of inspection work,and to detect and solve crack problems in a timely manner.This behavior can not only improve the safety of equipment operation,but also ensure the safety of the operator’s work.Therefore,in the application of equipment,we must increase the degree of emphasis on inspection work.This article analyzes and discusses the treatment of cracks in the inspection of pressure vessels and pressure pipes.
