苯乙烯生产中存在的问题及解决措施

随着时代发展,越来越多的技术被应用在人们生活、生产当中。苯乙烯是工业中常见的化合物,其最主要的作用就是制作合成橡胶和塑料,在工业生产中用途广泛,需求量较大。苯乙烯的制取也是工业生产过程中较为重要的工艺流程,目前可以采用乙烯催化脱氢法和乙烯共氧化法两种方式制取苯乙烯,但是其生产效率和生产质量一直不高。主要研究了苯乙烯生产中存在的问题,并提出优化措施,提高苯乙烯的生产效率和质量。

With the development of the times,more and more technologies are applied in people’s life and production.Styrene is a common compound in industry.Its main function is to make synthetic rubber and plastic.It is widely used in industry and has a large demand.The production of styrene is also an important process in the industrial production process.At present,ethylene catalytic dehydrogenation and ethylene CO oxidation can be used to produce styrene,but the production efficiency and quality are not high.This paper mainly studies the existing problems in styrene production,and puts forward optimization measures to improve the production efficiency and quality of styrene.
