认真践行习近平外交思想 深刻把握中国荒漠化履约面临的机遇与挑战

EarnestlyPracticing Xi Jinping s Diplomacy Thoughts,and Grasp the Opportunities and Challenges China Faces in Implementing the UN Convention to Combat Desertification

本文从习近平外交思想的形成入手,以其原文原理及具体主张为指引,归纳总结出习近平外交思想对中国荒漠化履约具有的重大指导意义:党的领导是根本保证;构建人类命运共同体是重要目标;“一带一路”建设是重要平台;人与自然和谐相处是重要方向;参与全球治理是重要任务。在习近平外交思想的指导下,进一步分析新时代中国荒漠化履约面临的机遇与挑战,中国荒漠化防治既有丰富的经验,又有些许的不足,本着理论联系实际的原则,通过理论论证与事实论据,提出面对挑战的5条应对之策,为今后的履约工作提供参考。

Starting from the formation of Xi Jinping’s Diplomacy Thoughts,this paper,guided by the principles and specific propositions of the original text,summarizes the great guiding significance of Xi Jinping s Diplomacy Thoughts for Implementing the UNCCD in China.The leadership of the Chinese Communist Party is the fundamental guarantee;Building a community of Shared future for mankind is an important goal.The construction of Belt and Road is an important platform;Harmony between man and nature is an important direction;Participation in global governance is an important task.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s Diplomacy Thoughts,this paper further analyzes the opportunities and challenges China faces in the new era.China has rich experience in desertification control,but there are some deficiencies.Based on the principle of theory with practice,through theoretical arguments and case,the paper puts forward five countermeasures to face the challenge,which will provide reference for the future implementation work.
