阿坝藏族羌族自治州是四川省第二大藏区和我国羌族的主要聚居区,加快建设川西北阿坝生态示范区具有重大意义。要准确把握加快建设川西北阿坝生态示范区的总体要求和奋斗目标,坚持以问题为导向、以方法为引领,结合阿坝外部环境和内部条件,采取努力建设“系统治理、示范引领”生态新样板,加快形成“三地共建、五业同优”产业新局面等有针对性的具体措施,加快建设川西北阿坝生态示范区。

Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture is the second largest Tibetan area in Sichuan Province and the main populated area of Qiang in China.It is of great significance to speed up the construction of Aba ecological demonstration area in northwest Sichuan.We should accurately grasp the overall requirements and goals of accelerating the construction of ABA ecological demonstration area in northwest Sichuan,adhere to the problem-oriented and method-oriented guidance,combine the external environment and internal conditions of ABA,take efforts to build a new ecological model of"systematic governance and demonstration leading",speed up the formation of a new situation of"three areas to build together and five industries to achieve the same excellence",and other targeted specific measures to speed up the construction of ABA ecological demonstration area in northwest Sichuan.
