摘要
目的:建立以屎肠球菌活菌的有无和数量作为乳酶生的鉴别方法。方法:采用10-1样品溶液0.2 mL涂布于1%碳酸钙含糖牛肉琼脂培养基上,含屎肠球菌的样品,形成透明钙化圈。结果:用牛奶凝固力试验体现复方胰酶散中乳酶生量,由于胰酶对牛奶凝固力试验有消解作用,凝固现象不明确;用屎肠球菌形成透明钙化圈,直观、明确。结论:复方胰酶散中乳酶生的鉴别,采用屎肠球菌形成透明钙化圈方法代替牛奶凝固试验,方法简单,结论明确。
Objective:To establish a method for identification of lactase based on the presence and number of live Enterococcus faecium.Methods:0.2 mL of 10-1 sample solution was applied to 1%calcium carbonate sugared beef agar medium.The sample containing enterococcus faecium formed a transparent calcification circle.Results:The amount of Lactasin in Compound Pancreatin Powder could be reflected by the milk coagulation test because pancreatin digestion of milk coagulation force tests had the effect and the coagulation phenomenon was not clear.The method of Enterococcus faecium to form a transparent calcification circle was intuitive and clear.Conclusion:cor identification of Lactasin in Compound Pancreatin Powder,the method of Enterococcus faecium to form transparent calcification circle shall replace the milk coagulation test as the Enterococcus faecium method is simple and has the solid results.
