摘要
钢铁生产作为高CO2排放产业,其碳减排对我国实现节能减排目标至关重要。文章综合了不同国家和组织提出的钢铁企业CO2计算方法,提出了针对中国长流程钢铁企业的CO2计算模型,结合各工序的特点,将CO2排放分为两部分:燃烧排放与工艺排放,并定义了系统边界与排放因子。在此基础上,对比分析了两家案例钢铁企业,CO2排放强度分别为1362. 95 kg/t和1525. 97 kg/t,结合碳物质流分析(C-SFA)绘制了碳代谢图,准确找出碳减排的薄弱环节,为后续制定减排措施提供参考。
As a high CO2 emission industry,steel production is essential for achieving carbon emission reduction targets in China. The paper combined the CO2 calculation method of iron and steel enterprises proposed by different countries and organizations,and proposed a set of CO2 calculation model for China’s integrated iron and steel enterprises,CO2 emissions were divided into two parts according to the characteristics of each process: combustion emission and process emission,and defined calculation boundaries and emission factors. On this basis,a case study was conducted in two iron and steel enterprises in China and their CO2 emission intensity was 1362. 95 kg/t and 1525. 97 kg/t respectively. The case study combined with Carbon Substance Flow Analysis( C-SFA) and drew the carbon metabolism diagram to accurately identify the weak links of carbon emission reduction,and can provide reference for the subsequent development of emission reduction measures.
