中医药治疗大肠癌用药规律分析

Analysis of Medication Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Colorectal Cancer

目的:应用中医传承辅助平台系统,分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中以中医药治疗大肠癌方剂的用药规律。方法:收集、筛选及纳入CNKI中中药治疗大肠癌的相关文献,并将其中组方信息录入中医传承辅助平台系统,建立数据库,运用平台中关联规则分析、无监督熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析治疗大肠癌方剂组方规律。结果:对筛选出的156首组方,279味中药进行分析,其中高频用药为补气类中药,如白术、甘草、黄芪、党参等;高频药对有白术-茯苓、茯苓-薏苡仁、黄芪-茯苓等;进一步聚类分析得到药物核心组合20个、新处方9个。结论:利用中医传承辅助平台分析大肠癌的临床辨治特点以扶正为主,攻补兼施,合用抗癌中药,组方规律分析结果符合临床实际情况,其挖掘的核心组合及新处方可为临床治疗应用提供新思路。

Objective: To analyze the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions for colorectal neoplasms in CNKI by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform system(TCMIS). Methods: Relevant literatures on the treatment of colorectal neoplasms with Chinese medicine in CNKI were collected,screened and included, and the information of formulations were input into the TCM inheritance and assistance platform system. A database was established, and data mining methods such as association rule analysis and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering were used to analyze the formulations of colorectal neoplasms. Results:A total of 156 prescriptions and 279 traditional Chinese medicines were selected for analysis. Among them, high frequency Chinese medicines were used to supplement Qi, such as Baizhu(white atractylodes), Gancao(licorice),Huangqi(astragalus), Dangshen(codonopsis). High frequency medicine has Baizhu(white atractylodes)-Fuling(poria), Fuling(poria)-Yiyiren(coix), Huangqi(astragalus)-Fuling(poria). Further cluster analysis resulted in 20 core drug combinations and 9 new prescriptions. Conclusion: The clinical differentiation and treatment characteristics of colorectal neoplasms were analyzed by using the TCMIS, with fuzheng as the main function, combination of attack and compensation, and combination of anti-neoplasms traditional Chinese medicines. The analysis results of the rule of composition were in line with the clinical situation, and the core combination and new prescription discovered could provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
