摘要
小球藻具有繁殖快、易培养等优点,在其生长过程受各种生态因子的影响,如温度、光照、营养盐等。本实验设计了4种不同的营养盐:硝酸钾、尿素、硫酸铵、碳酸氢铵和6个不同的尿素浓度,研究不同的营养盐和营养盐浓度对小球藻生长的影响。实验结果表明,尿素对小球藻的促进作用要比硝酸钾、碳酸氢铵和硫酸铵明显,在一定浓度范围内,浓度越高促生长作用越明显。
Chlorella has the advantages of fast reproduction and easy cultivation.Its growth process is affected by various ecological factors,such as temperature,light,and nutrients.In this experiment,four different nitrogen source nutrients(potassium nitrate,carbamide,ammonium sulfate,and ammonium hydrocarbonate)were designed to study their effects on the growth of chlorella.The experimental results show that the promotion effect of carbamide on chlorella is more obvious than that of potassium nitrate,ammonium hydrocarbonate and ammonium sulfate.Within a certain concentration range,the higher concentration,the more obvious the growth promotion effect.
