摘要
目的:分析我国中医护理人力资源配置情况及变化趋势。方法:收集2012—2016年我国中医护理人力资源相关数据,运用描述性统计、集聚度研究中医护理人力资源配置情况,分析不同区域中医护理人力资源集聚度变化趋势及资源配置的公平性。结果:我国中医护理人力资源总量不足,内部结构欠合理。我国中医护理人力资源配置区域差异性大,且按地理和人口配置的护理人力资源公平性有待进一步提高。结论:医院应积极引进和培养中医护理人才,政府则需采取针对性人才政策,促进护理人员合理流动,提高中医护理人力资源整体配置的公平性,满足不同区域人群的多元化中医护理服务需求。
Objective:To analyze the status and change trends of nursing human resources of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Methods:The data of nursing human resources of TCM from 2012 to 2016 was collected.Descriptive statistics and agglomeration degree were used to study the distribution of nursing human resources of TCM.The change trends of TCM nursing human resources in different regions and the fairness of resource allocation were analyzed.Results:The number of nurses is insufficient and the internal structure is unreasonable.The regional disparity of nursing resource allocation of TCM is large,and the equity of health resources allocation according to geography and population needs to be further improved.Conclusion:Hospitals should introduce and cultivate nursing talent of TCM actively.The government can take targeted talent policy correspondingly to promote the rational flow of nurses,improve the equality of total allocation and meet the diversified needs of TCM nursing services in different regions.
