社区老年人对中医护理健康促进作用的认知及提升策略研究

Investigation of Acquaintanceship and Needs on Health Promotion of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Community among the Elderly

目的:了解社区老年人对中医护理健康促进作用的认知与需求,为社区老年人针对性中医护理服务提供依据。方法:运用自制“社区老年人对中医护理健康促进作用的认知与需求调查问卷”对497名社区老年人(年龄≥60岁)进行调查。结果:老年人对中医护理健康促进作用的认知有待提高,其中康复护理、中医中药护理的得分最低;生活起居、老年人常见健康问题、中医中药护理的需求程度较高,中医康复护理亦是老年人需求的重点。结论:社区应加强、改善中医护理知识的宣传手段,提高老年人对中医护理健康促进作用的认知度;根据老年人需求特点,提供针对性的中医护理服务。

Objective:To understand the cognitive status and needs of elderly residents on health promotion of Chinese Medicine nursing,to provide a basis for targeted services.Methods:A survey of 497 elderly residents(≥60 years old)was conducted using a questionnaire on the cognition and needs of self-made community seniors on the health promotion of Chinese Medicine.Results:The elderly's cognition of health promotion of Chinese Medicine nursing needs to be improved,among which the scores of rehabilitation nursing and Chinese Medicine nursing are the lowest.The needs of the community residents on daily life,common health problems of the elderly,Chinese Medicine nursing was higher,and Chinese Medicine rehabilitation nursing is also the key point of the elderly's needs.Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the publicity of the Chinese Medicine nursing knowledge in the community,according to the characteristics of the needs of the elderly,provide targeted Chinese Medicine care services.
