听神经瘤对患者认知功能影响的研究

The Effects of Acoustic Neuroma on Cognitive Function

目的研究听神经瘤对患者认知功能的影响。方法纳入40例听神经瘤所致单侧听力下降患者为听神经瘤组,纳入与听神经瘤组患者的年龄、性别、受教育年限相匹配的40例正常人为对照组。进行神经心理测试,比较两组间认知功能的差异,分析可能的影响因素。结果听神经瘤患者的整体认知功能正常,但记忆力、信息处理速度、注意力以及执行功能项显著下降。与左侧听神经瘤比较,右侧听神经瘤对患者认知功能的影响更为明显。相关性分析显示听力受损程度及病程是右侧听神经瘤患者认知损害的重要影响因素。结论听神经瘤可导致患者认知损害,且右侧听神经瘤患者认知损害程度更为显著,临床应重视听神经瘤患者认知状况的评估及保护。

Aim To study the effects of acoustic neurom a on the cognitive function of patients.Methods Forty patients with acoustic neuroma and 40 healthy subjects were enrolled and neuropsychological tests were performed to compare the differences in cognitive function between the two groups.And the possible influencing factors were analyzed.Results The overall cognitive function of acoustic neuroma patients was normal,but the memory,information processing speed,attention,and executive function were significantly reduced.Compared with the left acoustic neuroma,the effect of right acoustic neuroma on cognition was more obvious.The degree of hearing impairment and the course of disease were important factors affecting the cognitive function of patients with right acoustic neuroma.Conclusion Acoustic neuroma can damage the cognitive function of patients.The cognitive function of patients with right acoustic neuroma is more obvious.The evaluation and protection of cognitive function of patients with acoustic neuroma should be emphasized clinically.
