Research Progress on the Monitoring of Motor Evoked Potential and Influencing Factors in Neurosurgery

摘要 神经外科手术中运动诱发电位监测是神经外科医生及时、全面地判断全身麻醉状态下患者神经功能完整性的重要手段之一。然而,术中的多种因素会影响运动诱发电位监测结果的准确性,包括:麻醉药物、机械通气、血流动力学和体温的改变等。文中就神经外科术中运动诱发电位监测及其影响因素的研究进展予以综述. Intraoperative motor evoked potential(MEP)monitoring is one of the important means for neurosurgeons to timely and comprehensively determine the neurological function of patients undergoing general anesthesia.However,a variety of perioperative factors can affect the accuracy of MEP monitoring results,including anesthetics,mechanical ventilation,changes of hemodynamics and body temperature,etc.The research progress of MEP monitoring and its influencing factors in neurosurgery were reviewed.
