摘要
目的:观察长期服用奥氮平对于精神分裂症患者糖脂代谢及内分泌的影响。方法:130例精神分裂症患者服用奥氮平6个月并于治疗前后测定空腹血糖(fasting plasma glucose,FPG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、泌乳素(prolactin,PRL)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)与游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT4)水平及体质指数(body mass index,BMI)。结果:治疗6个月后患者FPG、TC、TG、LDL-C、PRL、TEST、FT3、FT4水平较治疗前均有不同程度的改变,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:精神分裂症患者长期服用奥氮平对于糖脂代谢及内分泌水平将产生一定的影响。
Objective:To observe the e ffect of olanzapine on glycolipid metabolism and endocrine in patients with schizophrenia.Methods:Fasting plasma glucose(FPG),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),prolactin(PRL),free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)and body mass index(BMI)were determined in 130 patients with schizophrenia before and after treatment with olanzapine for 6 months.Results:The levels of FPG,TC,TG,LDL-C,PRL,TEST,FT3 and FT4 in patients after 6 months of treatment were different from those before treatment to a certain degree(P<0.01).Conclusion:Long-term administration of olanzapine in schizophrenic patients would have a certain effect on glucose metabolism and endocrine level.
