摘要
为了探讨CH4和水蒸气介质阻挡放电转化的影响因素,利用同轴式介质阻挡放电反应器,进行了CH4和水蒸气介质阻挡放电转化实验,考察了水/碳比、放电电压、放电频率和气体物料总流量对CH4转化率及主要产物产率的影响。结果表明,CH4转化率及H2、CO、CO2、C2烃产率与水/碳比、放电电压呈正相关关系,与气体流量呈负相关关系。其中,放电电压对CH 4转化率的影响在17.4~18.2 kV最为显著。放电频率对CH 4转化率及H2、CO等主要产物产率的影响均呈先增大后减小趋势。水/碳比、放电电压对CH3OH、C3H8产率的作用规律相同,而气体流量对其规律相反。
This paper aims to explore the influencing factors of methane and water vapor conversion with dielectric barrier discharge.The study involves using a coaxial dielectric barrier discharge reactor to conduct experimental research on methane and water vapor dielectric barrier discharge conversion,and to investigate the effects of water carbon ratio,discharge voltage,discharge frequency and total flow of gaseous materials on methane conversion and main product yield.The results show that the conversion of methane and the yields of hydrogen,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and C2 hydrocarbon are positively correlated with water/carbon ratio and discharge voltage and negatively correlated with gas flow.In this case,discharge voltage has the most significant impact on methane conversion in the range of 17.4-18.2kV.Discharge frequency tends to have an initially increased and subsequently decreased effect on the conversion of methane and the yields of major products such as hydrogen and carbon monoxide.The underlying law works in the same way for the effect of the water/carbon ratio and discharge voltage on methanol and propane yield,but in an opposite way for the effect of gas flow on them.
