摘要
有机工质朗肯循环ORC发电是有效回收低品位余热的关键技术,是提高工业能源利用效率的重要途径。文章针对普遍存在的工业余热热源热负荷不稳定问题,研究变负荷条件下ORC发电系统运行控制方法,用过热度控制工质泵转速的方法调节系统的蒸发量,保护透平机的同时也提高了系统的适应能力和能源的利用效率;用工质过冷度提高工质泵有效汽蚀余量NPSHa,缩小冷凝器和工质泵之间的安装高度差的同时也节约了工质泵运行能耗。
Organic Rankine cycle(ORC)is key technology in the waste heat recovery industry,and it is an important method to realize energy efficient utilization.Commonly the waste heat source is unstable.The paper research the varying duty running technology of ORC.The way of superheating degree controlling the speed of working medium pump is order to chang evaporation capacity of ORC cycstem in varying duty conditions,that will protect the turbine,improve the adaptability and increase energy efficiency of the system at the same time.Using supercooling degree improving the NPSHa of working medium pump is order to reduced installation height level between condenser and working fluid pump,that will save working medium pump energy consumption.
