复方七芍降压片含药血清对大鼠血管平滑肌细胞增殖的影响

Effect of Serum with Fufang Qishao Jiangya Tablet(复方七芍降压片)on Proliferation of Vascular Smooth Muscle Cells in Rat

目的:观察复方七芍降压片含药血清对炎症因子及其诱导的血管平滑肌细胞(VSMC)增殖的影响。方法:采用自发高血压大鼠模型灌喂蒸馏水、复方七芍降压片和厄贝沙坦,分别制备对照血清和含药血清。使用炎症因子TNF-α、嘌呤受体P2Y6抑制剂MRS2578和含药血清对大鼠VSMC进行干预,检测不同处理下大鼠VSMC的细胞活力和细胞周期以及炎症因子IL-6、IL-1β的表达差异。结果:TNF-α可促进细胞增殖,促进IL-6和IL-1β表达;MRS2578可抑制细胞增殖,抑制IL-6和IL-1β表达;复方七芍降压片含药血清和厄贝沙坦含药血清可抑制细胞增殖,抑制IL-6和IL-1β表达。结论:复方七芍降压片含药血清能抑制炎症因子诱导的VSMC增殖,抑制细胞炎症因子的表达。复方七芍降压片降低血压的功效可能与抑制VSMC炎症反应有关。

Objective:To explore the effect of serum with Fufang Qishao Jiangya tablet on the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells(VSMC)induced by TNF-αand the expression of inflammatory factors.Methods:Distilled water,Fufang Qishao Jiangya tablet and irbesartan were fed into spontaneously hypertensive rat models to prepare serum control,serum with Fufang Qishao Jiangya tablet and serum with irbesartan.Inflammatory factors TNF-α,Purine receptor P2Y6 inhibitor MRS2578,serum with FHT and serum with irbesartan were used to intervene in rat VSMC.Cell viability,cell cycle and expression of inflammatory factors IL-6 and IL-1βin rats VSMC were detected.Results:TNF-αpromoted cell proliferation and the expression of IL-6 and IL-1β;MRS2578 inhibited cell proliferation and the expression of IL-6 and IL-1β;Serum with FHT and serum with irbesartan inhibited cell proliferation and the expression of IL-6 and IL-1β.Conclusion:Serum with Fufang Qishao Jiangya tablet inhibits the proliferation of VSMC induced by inflammatory factors,and inhibits the expression of inflammatory factors.The effect of Fufang Qishao Jiangya tablet on lowering blood pressure may be related to inhibiting the inflammatory reaction of VSMC.
