《中华本草·苗药卷》中苗药更给的应用情况分析

Application Analysis of Miao Nationality Medicine Git Gheib in Chinese Materia Medica of Miao Medicinal Volume

目的:分析《中华本草·苗药卷》中苗药更给(鸡蛋)的应用情况,为苗医药食同源数据库的建立与分析提供参考。方法:将《中华本草·苗药卷》中收录的附方建立数据表,利用文献分析方法,对苗药更给的主治病症、用药部位、服用方式、剂型和来源文献等指标进行文献计量学分析。结果:共收集有效附方43首,经过整理后得到52首附方。药用部位全鸡蛋41次,鸡蛋清8次,鸡蛋壳3次。附方以内服汤剂居多,文献来源以地方草本专著为主。结论:苗药更给的使用体现了苗医使用鲜药的民族医药特色,同时也为苗医"药食同源"应用规律研究提供了一定依据。

Objective:The application of Miao medicine git gheib in Chinese Materia Medica of Miao Medicinal Volume was analyzed to provide reference for the establishment and analysis of Miao medicine food homology database.Methods:We established the data table of the appendix prescriptions included in Chinese Materia Medica Miao Medicines Volume.By using the method of literature analysis,bibliometric analysis was made on the main symptoms,medication sites,medication methods,dosage forms and source literature of git gheib.Results:A total of 43 effective accessory parties were collected,and 52 accessory parties were obtained after sorting out.The whole eggs were used 41 times,the egg white eight times and the eggshell three times.Most of the supplementary prescriptions are oral decoction,and the literature sources are mainly local herbal monographs.Conclusion:The use of git gheib embodies the national characteristics of fresh medicine used by Miao medicine,and also provides a certain basis for the study of the application law of"medicine and food homology"of Miao medicine.
