当代小儿推拿治疗脑瘫的选穴规律研究

Research on Acupoint Selection Rules of Pediatric Tuina Therapy for Cerebral Palsy

目的:探讨当代小儿推拿治疗脑瘫的选穴规律。方法:基于数据挖掘技术对当代文献中涉及小儿推拿治疗脑瘫的专著进行全文阅读,采用SATI、UCINET及NetDraw等软件进行分析,计算选用穴位的频次、支持度及中心度,探索选穴规律。结果:当代文献中涉及推拿治疗脑瘫的22本专著中,共有28个相关处方,选用的穴位共有96个,总频次为332次。穴位类别以小儿特定穴为主。结论:据当代文献记载,小儿推拿治疗脑瘫多根据辨证结果选择穴位,涉及的穴位比较广泛,其中选用比较多的是脊柱、肾经及脾经等小儿推拿特定穴。

Objective:To explore the law of acupoint selection in the treatment of cerebral palsy by pediatric Tuina in contemporary China.Methods:Based on data mining technology,the paper performed full-text reading of contemporary pediatric Tuina treatises,and used some software such as SATI UCINET and NetDraw to analyze,calculate the frequency support and centrality of acupoint selection for cerebral palsy,and explored the acupoint selection rules.Results:Among the 22 contemporary monographs related to the treatment of cerebral palsy by Tuina,there are 28 related prescriptions,96 acupoints selected,and the total frequency is 332 acupoints.The most common acupoints were children’s specific acupoints of upper limbs.Conclusion:In the treatment of cerebral palsy with contemporary pediatric Tuina,children’s specific acupoints such as spinal kidney meridian and spleen meridian are selected as the main points.
