基于3S技术调查陕西省宜川县野生中药资源及综合评价

Investigation and Comprehensive Evaluation of Wild Traditional Chinese Medicine Resources in Yichuan County of Shaanxi Province Based on 3S Technology

目的:调查陕西省宜川县野生中药资源。方法:利用遥感技术(RS)、全球卫星定位系统(GPS)和地理信息系统(GIS)技术,在第四次《全国中药资源普查技术规范》指导下,结合宜川县第三次中药资源普查成果及县域内目前植被分布状态,制定普查方案。通过样线样地调查,对县域内野生药用资源进行普查登记,采集标本、药材和种质资源;通过走访,对传统知识和市场情况进行调查;对普查结果归纳整理,填报国家采集系统数据库。结果:共完成39个样地调查,195个套方,涉及35科、158个物种,其中重点调查品种44个,一般调查品种74个,特色品种3个。结论:通过这次普查,明确了宜川县域野生中药资源分布情况,为中药材资源开发及医疗保障政策制定提供了科学依据。

Objective:This study reported a new record in Yichuan County of Shaanxi Province for the fourth national survey of Chinese material medicine resources.Methods:Remote sensing technology(RS),global positioning system(GPS)and geographic information system(GIS)technology were applied;Under the guidance of The fourth national survey on Chinese material medica resources technical specification,this census is based on the results of the third Chinese medicine survey in Yichuan County,combined with the current state of vegetation in the county,to develop a census plan.Through the sample line survey and sample plot survey,the wild medicinal resources in the county area are registered for general investigation,specimen collection,medicinal material collection and germplasm resource collection.Through visiting,the traditional knowledge and market situation were investigated,and we sorted out the census results and filled the national collection system database.Results:A total of 39 sample plots and 195 quadrat were completed,involving 35 families and 158 species;and 44 species were key varieties;74 were generally varieties and three were characteristic varieties.Conclusion:Through this census,we have found out the distribution of Chinese medicine resources in Yichuan and provided scientific basis for the development of Chinese medicine resources and the formulation of medical security policies.
