葛根芩连汤出自《伤寒论》,原本用于治疗邪热内陷之协热下利。通过梳理近10年葛根芩连汤的临床应用研究发现,其治疗范围不断扩大,远超出原方之治。在现代临床应用中,葛根芩连汤在适用病种、剂型、给药途径方面有广泛、多样的应用,惟须辨证精当,随证配伍,在多类疾病中可获良效。胃肠为市,具有无物不受的特性,故脾胃易伤,营卫失调,气机失和,湿瘀内生,变生火热,为病广泛。而葛根芩连汤具有表里两解、清热化湿、泻火解毒、凉血活血、发散郁火之功,适用于湿热、痰热、瘀热、郁热、火热证,故对消化道、上呼吸道、心血管、神经系统、免疫系统等相关病证疗效显著,亦见于妇科、儿科、皮肤病等证治。葛根芩连汤药简力宏,作用广泛,且安全有效,体现了中医学异病同治的辨治特色,可为多种慢性病防治提供借鉴与支持。参考文献55篇。

Gegen Qinlian Decoction(葛根芩连汤)from Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases,can be used in diarrhea with inward invasion of pathogenic heat.Through combing the clinical research of Gegen Qinlian Decoction in the past 10 years,it has been found that the scope of its treatment continues to expand,far beyond the original treatment.In modern clinical applications,Gegen Qinlian Decoction has a wide variety of applications in terms of applicable disease types,dosage forms,and routes of administration.However,it is necessary to distinguish the syndromes and be compatible with the syndromes to obtain good results in many types of diseases.The gastrointestinal tract is like a market,which has the characteristics of absorbing everything.Therefore,the spleen and stomach are easy to be injured,the dysfunction of the nutrient and defensive qi,disharmony of qi movement,the endogenous dampness and blood stasis generating fire and heat,spreading widely.Gegen Qinlian Decoction has the functions of releasing both the exterior and interior,clearing away heat and resolving dampness,purging fire and detoxifying,cooling blood,promoting blood circulation,and dispersing stagnant fire.It is suitable for damp heat,phlegm heat,stagnated heat,depressive heat,fire and heat syndrome.So it has significant curative effects on the digestive tract,upper respiratory tract,cardiovascular,nervous system,immune system and other related diseases and syndromes.The syndromes of gynecology department,pediatric department and dermatology department were also treated by the decoction.Gegen Qinlian Decoction has few medicines,but has a wide range of functions,and it is safe and effective which embodies the characteristics of treating different diseases with the same therapy in traditional Chinese medicine,and provides reference and support for the prevention and treatment of various chronic diseases.There is a total of 55 references.
