绿色供应链管理与绿色创新的关系研究

Research on the Relationship between Green Supply Chain Management and Green Innovation

为了厘清绿色供应链管理与绿色创新之间的关系,深化两者认识,探究内在联系,从绿色供应链管理中的内部环境管理、生态设计、绿色采购、投资回收和消费者协作五大类入手,分别探析其对绿色管理创新、绿色技术创新的影响。以制造业企业为样本,在210份有效问卷的基础上,运用SPSS 24.0软件实证检验了所提假设,研究表明绿色供应链管理中包含的内部环境管理、绿色采购和消费者协作对绿色管理创新与绿色技术创新都具有显著的正向作用,而生态设计只对绿色技术创新影响显著。为提高制造业企业绿色创新水平,提出推进企业内部环境管理改革、开展产品生态设计、实行绿色化采购、加强消费者协作等建议。

In order to clarify the relationship between green supply chain management and green innovation,deepen the understanding of the two,and explore the internal connections,the paper,starting with the five major categories of internal environmental management,ecological design,green procurement,investment recovery and consumer collaboration in green supply chain management,explored their impact on green management innovation and green technology innovation.Taking the manufacturing enterprises as a sample,based on 210 valid questionnaires,the hypothesis was tested empirically by using SPSS 24.0 software.The research shows that internal environmental management,green procurement and consumer collaboration in green supply chain management have significant positive effects on green management innovation and green technology innovation,while ecological design only has significant effects on green technology innovation.Finally,in order to improve the level of green innovation of manufacturing companies,suggestions were made to promote internal environmental management reform,carry out product ecological design,implement green procurement,and strengthen consumer collaboration.
