“互联网+”时代大数据在煤炭安全生产的发展路径与对策研究 被引量:8

摘要 在“互联网+”时代,煤炭企业的安全生产需要与大数据技术融合起来,使得煤炭企业的管理运作与现代信息技术形成聚合效应,共同提升创新力和生产力。文中首先根据机制设计理论,研究“互联网+”时代大数据在煤炭安全生产的发展路径。从煤炭企业、煤炭产业链(煤炭上游企业与下游企业)、政府等多种相关参与者的角度出发,探索适合当前社会经济发展所需的煤炭企业安全生产的供给侧方案。其次,通过典型案例的调研与跟踪,分析煤炭企业、煤炭产业链与政府在大数据安全生产方面的经验与教训,验证发展路径在实践中的可行性。最后,从煤炭企业、煤炭产业链、政府的角度出发,进行大数据技术在煤炭企业安全生产的对策研究。研究结果表明:在“互联网+”时代,大数据与煤炭安全生产的融合是煤炭企业未来的发展重点和关键所在,有助于构建企业的综合技术路线。 In the“Internet+”era,the safety production of coal enterprises needs to be integrated with big data technology,so that the coal mine’s management operation and modern information technology form a convergent effect,and jointly enhance innovation and productivity.Firstly,according to mechanism design theory,this paper studied the development path of big data in coal production safety in the era of“Internet+”.From the perspective of a variety of relevant participants,including coal enterprises,coal industry chain(upstream and downstream coal enterprises)and the government,this paper explored the supply side plan of coal enterprise safety production which is suitable for the current social economic development.Secondly,through the investigation and tracking of typical cases,the paper analyzed the experiences and lessons of coal enterprises,coal industry chain and government in big data safety production,and verified the feasibility of development path in practice.Finally,from the perspective of coal enterprises,the coal industry chain,and the government,the research on the countermeasures of big data technology in the safety production of coal enterprises was conducted.The research results show that in the era of“Internet+”,the integration of big data and coal safety production is the focus of future development of coal enterprises,which helps to build an integrated technological line for enterprises.
