摘要
采用漏磁检测技术对2台50000 m^3的储罐底板进行检测后发现,储罐底板多处产生了腐蚀,其中最大厚度减薄当量为60%.分析后可知,储罐原油中沉积的水分和腐蚀性介质在储罐底板上表面长期聚集导致储罐底板被腐蚀.
The magnetic flux leakage testing technology was used to detect the bottom plates of two 50000 m^3 storage tanks in an enterprise.It was found that there were many corrosion places on the bottom plates of the tanks,among which the maximum thickness reduction equivalent was 60%.It could be seen from the analysis that the water and corrosive medium deposited in the crude oil of the tank accumulate on the surface of the tank floor for a long time,resulting in the corrosion of the tank floor.
