高水平开放发展促进东北振兴

High-level Opening-up and Development Promoting the Revitalization of Northeast China

习近平在首届中国国际进口博览会上强调,中国推动更高水平开放的脚步不会停滞。他在东北三省考察并主持召开深入推进东北振兴座谈会时指出,东北存在开放合作的短板,这就意味着东北地区应加快建立开放型经济体制,扩大开放范围、拓宽开放领域、加深开放层次、优化开放布局、提升开放质量,以全面深化对外开放新格局推动更高水平的对外开放,实现东北地区高质量经济增长,促进东北振兴。文章阐述了东北振兴战略实施以来,东北对外开放的发展现状,分析了东北地区开放发展的机遇与挑战,提出了促进东北地区高水平开放发展的对策与建议。

General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that China's efforts to promote a higher level of opening up will not be halted at the first China International Import Expo,and during his inspecting the three northeastern provinces,he pointed out that the northeast need do more in opening-up and cooperation.which means that the Northeast region should speed up to establish open economy system,expand the scope of opening up,broaden the areas of opening up,deepen the level of opening up,optimize the lavout of opening up and improve the quality of opening up.We will deepen the new pattern of opening up to the outside world in an all-round way to achieve high-quality economic growth in the northeast,and promote the revitalization of the northeast.By expounding the present situation of the opening-up of northeast China since the implementation of the strategy of revitalization of northeast China,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the opening-up and development of northeast China,and puts forward some coun-termeasures and suggestions for promoting the high-level opening-up and development of Northeast China.
