摘要
以侧围内板为例,在制件设计阶段,冲压成形分析及制件优化,解决胀型区开裂。通过对侧围内板进行拉伸模拟分析,对分析结果进行评价,提出制件的优化建议。经过多轮制件优化,最终解决了侧围内板可能发生的开裂缺陷,降低了制件开发的风险。
Taking the side inner panel as an example,in the product design stage,stamping analysis and product optimization,to solve the cracking of the bulging area.The side inner panel drawing simulation analysis,analysis results for evaluation,product optimization recommendations.After several rounds of product optimization,the cracking defects that may occur in the side inner panel products are finally solved,which reduces the risk of product development.
