摘要
从分析电极丝材料的气化表层形貌及组织特征着手,剖析了电极丝芯材及表层结构特点,研究了一种新型的耐腐蚀镀层电极丝,来达到提高电极丝在放电烧蚀时的速度和切割精度的目的,提高电极丝的使用性能。
Based on analyzing the actual application of the electrode wire,this article analyzes the core material and the structure characteristics of surface of the electrode wire,studies a new type of multi-purpose corrosion-resistant coated electrode wire to improve the speed and the cutting precision of the electrode wire during the discharge and ablation,and to improve the performance of the electrode wires,synthetically.
