Study on quality evaluation of production teaching integration in higher vocational colleges

摘要 为解决高职院校产教融合质量评价过程中的存在的主观性较强的问题,本文利用网络层次分析法(ANP)和逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)对高职院校产教融合质量进行定量评价.采用问卷调查、文献研究等方法构建产教融合质量评价指标体系;构建ANP-TOPSIS的高职院校产教融合质量评价模型;将该模型进行案例应用,对江苏某国家示范高职院校2015-2018年的产教融合质量指标进行评价.结果显示,该院校2018年的产教融合质量评价最好,最差的为2015年.2015-2018年的质量数值呈现出前期快速上升,但后期增速放缓的趋势.所得到的结果与该校的实际情况相符,证明该方法在产教融合质量评价方面具有一定的理论和实际应用价值. In order to solve the subjective problem in the process of the quality evaluation of the integration of production and teaching in higher vocational colleges,this paper uses ANP and TOPSIS to evaluate the quality of the integration of production and teaching quantitatively.First of all,the quality evaluation index system of industry education integration is constructed by means of questionnaire and literature research.Then,based on the ANP-TOPSIS method,the quality evaluation model of industry education integration in higher vocational colleges is constructed.Finally,the model is applied to evaluate the indicators of a vocational college in Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2018.The results show that the quality evaluation of the integration of industry and education is the best in 2018,and the worst in 2015.In 2015-2018,the quality value showed a rapid rise in the early stage,but the growth rate slowed down in the later stage.The results are consistent with the actual situation of the school,which proves that the method has certain theoretical and practical value in the quality evaluation of production education integration.
