唐山市各区县城镇化发展水平综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Urbanization Development Level of Districts and Counties in Tangshan City

针对唐山市各区县城镇化发展水平现状,本文以2017年《唐山统计年鉴》、《河北省国民经济和社会发展公报》中关于城镇化发展的数据统计为依据,构建经济发展、农业改善、人口优化三方面的指标体系,通过灰色关联模型、因子分析法对目标数据进行研究后得出:三方面指标体系的具体灰色关联度为年末常住人口>人均地区生产总值>乡村从事二三产业人员>农业机械总动力>全部财政收入>固定资产投资>当年机械播种面积>粮食作物总产量>农作物播种面积;各区、县城镇化发展影响最重要的因子为年末常住人口和人均地区生产总值。进而提出增加年末常住人口数量和提高人均地区生产总值的相关政策和建议。

In view of the present situation of urbanization development level of districts and counties in Tangshan City,this paper,based on the data statistics of urbanization development in Tangshan Statistical Yearbook and Hebei National Economic and Social Development Bulletin in 2017,constructs an index system of economic development,agricultural improvement and population optimization,and studies the target data by means of grey correlation model and factor analysis.It is concluded that the specific grey correlation degree of the three indicators system is:permanent population at the end of the year>per capita GDP>rural people engaged in secondary and tertiary industries>total power of agricultural machinery>total revenue>investment in fixed assets>mechanical sowing area>total output of grain crops>crop sowing area;the most important factor affecting the urbanization development of each district and county is the permanent population and people at the end of the year.Average GDP.Then it puts forward relevant policies and suggestions to increase the number of permanent residents and per capita GDP at the end of the year.
