摘要
随着国民经济的不断发展,我国经济进入了全新发展时期。皮具工匠人才管理已关系到广东省狮岭皮具专业镇的持续发展。从广东省狮岭皮具专业镇的发展历程着手,通过对其人才管理的调研,经过数据分析得出当前广东省狮岭皮具专业镇大多数从事皮具行业人员的专业技能较低,企业普遍缺乏皮具工匠专业人才发展机制和面临人才新旧更替断层、年轻人才流失等威胁的人才管理现状,根据对员工技术培养不足、人才管理水平较低、政府监管力度不够等问题探究出构建皮具工匠人才发展路径,坚定企业文化和行业自信、创新员工技能培训、制定标准执行模块等推动人才优化发展实施对策,从而更好地发挥出皮具工匠人才优势并促进广东省狮岭皮具专业镇实现持续发展。
With the continuous development of the national economy,China’s economy has entered a new period of development.Talent management of leather craftsmen has been related to the sustainable development of Shiling,the leather professional town in Guangdong Province.Starting from the development process of Shiling,the paper presents an investigation of the talent management and the data analysis.It is concluded that the professional skills of most of the people engaged in leather industry in Shiling are low,enterprises lack the development mechanism of professional talents of leather craftsmen,and face the temporary shortage of trained talents to replace the old ones and the brain drain.In view to the problems of insufficient technical training of employees,low level of talent management and inadequate government supervision,this paper explores the implementation countermeasures to promote the optimized development of talents,such as constructing the talent development path of leather professional town,strengthening the enterprise culture and industry self-confidence,innovating the skills training of employees,formulating the standardized execution module so as to give full play to the talent advantage of leather professional town and promote the sustainable development of Shiling.
