A Probe into Xi Jinping’s View of Youth Career Choice from the Perspective of “Mass Entrepreneurship and Mass Innovation”

习近平青年择业观是在"大众创业、万众创新"的时代背景下,在继承和发展马克思青年择业观的基础上形成的,主要内容包括:以"中国梦"引领青年"创业梦"、以"社会主义核心价值观"指引青年"择业价值导向"、以"本领意识"提升青年"创新意识"。通过对习近平青年择业观的了解,新时代需要培育青年在困境中艰苦奋斗,提升创新创业内生动力;引导青年在创新实践中身体力行,促进经济社会的发展进步;倡导青年在逆境中乐观积极;完善创新创业保障机制。

Xi Jinping’s view of youth career choice is formed on the basis of inheriting and developing Marx’s view of youth career choice under the background of"mass entrepreneurship and innovation". The main contents include: guiding youth’s entrepreneurship dream with"Chinese Dream","guiding youth’s value orientation in choosing jobs"with"socialist core values", and promoting youth’s"innovation consciousness"with"competence consciousness". Through the understanding of Xi Jinping’s view on young people’s career choice, the new era needs to cultivate young people’s struggle in difficult situations, enhance the endogenous motivation of innovation and entrepreneurship;guide young people to practice in innovation, promote economic and social development and progress;advocate young people to be optimistic and positive in adversity and improve the guarantee mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship.
