复方丹参滴丸对慢性肺源性心脏病患者心功能及血液高凝状态的影响

Effect of compound salvia miltiorrhiza drop pill on heart function and blood hypercoagulability in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸对慢性肺源性心脏病患者心功能及血液高凝状态的影响。方法选取98例慢性肺源性心脏病患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49)。对照组予以常规解痉平喘、抗感染、改善肺通气等治疗;观察组在对照组的基础上加用复方丹参滴丸治疗。对两组患者的心功能、血液高凝状态及治疗效果进行观察比较。结果观察组患者治疗后B型利尿钠肽(BNP)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板聚集率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=9.94、27.37、3.36、9.71,P均<0.05);凝血酶时间(TT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)水平均明显高于对照组,心功能分级和治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t分别=7.14、3.57、2.68,Z=2.56,χ^2=5.72,P均<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸作用于慢性肺源性心脏病患者的效果显著,能有效改善患者的心功能和血液高凝状态。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound salvia miltiorrhiza drop pill on heart function and blood hypercoagulability in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods Totally 98 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=49)according to the different treatment method.The control group was treated with routine therapy.The observation group was treated with compound salvia miltiorrhiza drop pill on the basis of the control group.The cardiac function,blood hypercoagulability and therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment,the brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),probrain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),fibrinogen(FIB)and platelet aggregation rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=9.94,27.37,3.36,9.71,P<0.05).In the observation group,the thrombin time(TT),prothrombin time(PT),and activated partial thrombin time(APTT)were significantly longer,the NYHA grading and total effective rate were significantly higher(t=7.14,3.57,2.68,Z=2.56,χ^2=5.72,P<0.05). Conclusion Compound salvia miltiorrhiza drop pill has an obvious effect on patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease,which can effectively improve heart function and blood hypercoagulability.
