摘要
某钢厂近期生产的40 mm以上厚度低合金中厚板批量出现边裂缺陷,为此进行金相分析和工艺调查,确定钢板边裂源于连铸工序。通过采取连铸保护渣和二冷水工艺优化措施,钢板边裂缺陷问题基本得到控制。
Edge crack defects occur on low alloy medium steel plate over 40 mm thickness in batch recently produced by a steelworks,the paper carries out metallographic anslysis and process investigation and determines that the edge cracks of steel plate originated from continuous casting process.By taking optimization measures of mould powder and secondary water cooling process,the edge crack defects on steel plate are generally controlled.
