摘要
随着钢材市场形势的变化,安钢2 800 mm热轧中厚板生产线的产品结构得到相应调整,但生产线配套的十一辊矫直机频繁出现故障,严重制约了矫直机产能,已不能满足生产需要。通过对矫直机故障进行研究分析,查找出故障原因并据此对矫直机辊系进行优化改造。改造后效果显著,设备故障率大幅度降低,作业率和矫直能力得到提高。
With the changes of steel product market situation,the product mix of 2 800 mm hot rolling medium plate production line is adjusted accordingly in Angang,but the completed eleven-roll leveler frequenctly fails,which severely restrictes the leveling capacity and cannot satisfy the production demand.By studying and analyzing the leveler failures,the failure causes are found out,the roll set of leveler is optimized and revamped hereby.The revamp receives a good result,which significantly reduces the failure rate,improves the operation rate and levelling capacity.
