中医艾灸联合乳酸菌素颗粒治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Moxibustion Combined with Lactobacillus Granules in the Treatment of Infantile Dyspeptic Diarrhea

目的分析中医艾灸联合乳酸菌素颗粒治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的效果。方法选取我院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的消化不良性腹泻患儿156例,根据入院顺序分为两组各78例。对照组给予多酶片治疗,观察组给予中医艾灸+乳酸菌素颗粒治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的血清胃泌素和P物质水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的腹泻消失时间、退热时间和止吐时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的总有效率为97.44%,显著高于对照组的84.61%(P<0.05)。结论中医艾灸联合乳酸菌素颗粒治疗小儿消化不良性腹泻的整体效果较好,可改善生理指标,终止腹泻,改善临床表现。

Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion combined with lactobacillus granules in the treatment of infantile dyspeptic diarrhea.Methods 156 cases of infantile dyspeptic diarrhea admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to the order of admission., with 78 cases in each group. The control group was treated with multi-enzyme tablets, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion +lactobacillus granules. The curative effects of two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the levels of serum gastrin and substance P of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05). The diarrhea disappearance time, antipyretic time and antiemetic time of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 97.44%, significantly higher than 84.62% of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine moxibustion combined with lactobacillus granules in the treatment of infantile dyspeptic diarrhea has a good overall effect, which can improve physiological indicators, terminate diarrhea, and improve clinical performance.
