摘要
目的探讨采用后路手术内固定融合术治疗对脊柱骨折患者脊髓神经功能及并发症的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月期间我院收治的脊柱骨折患者76例,随机分成对照组(n=38)与观察组(n=38)。对照组采用前路手术内固定融合术治疗,观察组采用后路手术内固定融合术治疗。比较两组手术前后的脊髓神经功能、Cobb’s角与VAS评分,以及并发症发生率。结果术后,观察组的ASIA分级显著优于对照组,Cobb’s角与VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率为5.26%,显著低于对照组的23.68%(P<0.05)。结论后路手术内固定融合术治疗脊柱骨折的临床疗效显著优于前路手术内固定融合术,可有效改善患者的脊髓神经功能,降低Cobb’s角,减轻疼痛,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the effects of posterior internal fixation-fusion on spinal cord nerve function and complications in patients with spinal fracture.Methods A total of 76 patients with spinal fracture treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=38) and the observation group(n=38). The control group was treated with anterior internal fixation-fusion, and the observation group was treated with posterior internal fixation-fusion. The spinal nerve function, Cobb’s angle and VAS score before and after surgery, and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After surgery,the ASIA grading of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the Cobb’s angle and VAS score were significantly lower than those of the control group(both P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was5.26%, significantly lower than the 23.68% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Posterior internal fixation-fusion has significantly better clinical efficacy than anterior internal fixation-fusion in the treatment of spinal fracture, which can effectively improve patients’ spinal nerve function, reduce Cobb’s angle, relieve pain and reduce the incidence of complications.
