心脏康复综合管理对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者生命质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Management of Cardiac Rehabilitation on Quality of Life in Patients After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Treatment

目的探讨心脏康复综合管理应用于行经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗患者的效果。方法选取本院2018年7月至2019年3月收治的106例接受PCI治疗的患者随机分为两组各53例。对照组在PCI术后给予常规管理,实验组在对照组基础上加强心脏康复综合管理,比较两组患者的干预效果。结果干预3个月后,两组的6分钟步行试验(6MWT)距离均较干预前显著增加,且实验组的6MWT距离显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,实验组的各项生命质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于行PCI治疗的患者,术后实施心脏康复综合管理可显著改善患者的运动能力,提高患者的生命质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive management of cardiac rehabilitation applied in patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) treatment.Methods A total of 106 patients with PCI treatment in our hospital from July 2018 to March 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was given routine management after PCI, and the experimental group received strengthened comprehensive management of cardiac rehabilitation on the basis of the control group. The intervention effects of two groups were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention, both groups had significantly increased 6-minute walking test(6 MWT) distance compared with that before intervention, and the 6 MWT distance of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the scores of items of quality of life of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with PCI treatment, the implementation of comprehensive management of cardiac rehabilitation after surgery can significantly improve the exercise ability and quality of life of patients.
