中药熏洗联合优质护理对老年湿疹患者临床症状及生活质量的影响

Effect of TCM Fumigation and Washing Combined with High Quality Nursing on the Clinical Symptoms and Quality of Life of Elderly Patients with Eczema

目的探讨中药熏洗联合优质护理对老年湿疹患者临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法选取98例老年血虚风燥型湿疹患者,随机分为两组各49例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理联合中药熏洗。比较两组的湿疹面积及严重度指数(EASI)评分和湿疹生活质量量表(EQOLS)评分。结果干预前,两组的EASI评分和EQOLS评分均无显著差异(P>0.05)。干预1周后,两组的EASI评分和EQOLS评分均显著低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组的EASI评分和EQOLS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合优质护理可有效改善老年湿疹患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM fumigation and washing combined with high quality nursing on the clinical symptoms and quality of life of elderly patients with eczema. Methods 98 elderly patients with eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received regular nursing, and the observation group received high quality nursing combined with TCM fumigation and washing. The eczema area and severity index(EASI)score, and the eczema quality of life scale(EQOLS) score were compared between two groups.Results Before intervention, no significant difference was found in EASI score and EQOLS score between two groups(P>0.05). One week after intervention, the EASI score and EQOLS score of two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05), and the EASI score and EQOLS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05). Conclusions TCM fumigation and washing combined with high quality nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with eczema.
