摘要
德化县农村信用合作联社综合业务用房地上17层,主楼高75m,设两层地下室,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。本文先介绍结构布置和特点,随后对主体结构进行不规则性判定,并针对各项不规则采取措施,其中穿层柱的分析是本文的重点。设计结果表明,通过选用合理的措施,原结构的不规则性得到了有效控制,各项计算指标可以满足规范要求,结构安全、可靠,设计可行。
The comprehensive business building of Dehua Rural Credit Cooperatives has 17 floors above ground, and the main building has a height of 75 m. A two-storey basement has been designed. The structural system adopts a frame-shear wall structure. This paper first briefly introduces the structural layout and structural characteristics of the building. Then, the irregularity of the main structure is judged, and structural measures are taken for each irregularity. The analysis of skip-floor column is the focus of this paper. The research result shows that by choosing reasonable design measures, the irregularity of the structure can be effectively controlled, and the calculation indicators of the structure can better meet the requirements of the code. The structure is safe and reliable, and the structure design is feasible.
