摘要 传统的建筑模式相对落后,施工质量控制不好,我们的资源受到破坏、环境遭受严重污染、能源消耗巨大,给自然和社会环境带来很大负担。因此,面对诸多的环境、资源问题,建筑业迫切需要探索一种新的建设模式来取代传统的建设模式,寻求对环境资源影响较小的建筑模式,因此预制装配式建筑施工技术应运发展。该文对预制装配式建筑的优势及存在问题进行分析,进而提出解决措施。 The traditional building model is relatively backward, construction quality control is not good, our resources are damaged, the environment is severely polluted, energy consumption is huge, and it places a great burden on the natural and social environment. Therefore, in the face of many environmental and resource problems, the construction industry urgently needs to explore a new construction model to replace the traditional construction model, and seek a construction model with less impact on the environment and resources. Therefore, the construction technology of prefabricated buildings has been developed. This paper analyzes the advantages and existing problems of prefabricated buildings, and then proposes solutions.
