高效运营的养老机构建筑设计策略研究

Research on Architectural Design Strategy of Efficiently-Operated Endowment Institutions

我国老年人口逐年增加,老龄化程度越来越高,养老问题已成为亟须解决的社会问题。虽然政府大力提倡建设养老机构,但现阶段养老机构普遍存在运营效率低下、投入成本高、回收效益慢等问题,大大降低了将社会资本投入养老服务设施的建设积极性。本文通过对养老机构设计中影响运营效率的因素进行分析,期望能从建筑学的角度提出养老机构高效运营的设计策略,对未来养老机构设计有所启发。

The elderly population in China is increasing year by year, and the degree of aging is getting higher and higher. The pension problem has become an urgent social problem to be solved. Although the government strongly advocates the construction of pension institutions, at this stage, pension institutions generally have the problems of low operational efficiency, high input costs and slow recovery benefits, which greatly reduce the enthusiasm of social capital investment in the construction of pension service facilities. Through the analysis of the factors that affect the operational efficiency in the design of pension institutions, this paper expects to put forward the design strategy of efficient operation of pension institutions from the perspective of architecture, which can inspire the design of pension institutions in the future.
