在我国城市快速发展的背景下,伴随而来的是城市中各种各样的建筑垃圾源源不断地产生,其肆意地侵占着城市大量可利用的土地资源,严重影响着城市的环境质量,阻碍着城市更新建设的进程。文章通过对其场地的性质、环境特征、工程技术等现状及特征进行了分析讨论,结合世界范围内废弃建筑垃圾堆放场地的生态修复成功案例,进行景观区域的规划分析研究。找出在城市景观可持续发展的大背景下,建筑垃圾资源化再利用的最好途径,为未来的城市景观规划发展提供了一定的设计思路。

In the context of the rapid urban development in China, a variety of construction wastes are constantly flowing in the cities. It arbitrarily invades a large amount of available land resources in the city, seriously affects the city’s environmental quality and hinders the process of urban renewal and construction. The status and characteristics of the site’s nature, environmental characteristics, and engineering technology, etc. were analyzed and discussed. Combined with the successful cases of ecological restoration of abandoned construction waste storage sites around the world, the planning analysis of the landscape area is carried out. Under the background of sustainable development of urban landscape, this paper finds out the best way to reuse construction waste resources, which provides certain design ideas for future urban landscape planning and development.
