城市小空间深基坑支护与开挖

Deep Foundation Pit Support and Excavation in Small Urban Space

摘要 近年来城市化进程不断加快。施工规范更新速度不及建设增长速度,许多建筑规范已不再适应现有的建设要求。从安全角度考虑,老旧的建筑物必须进行改造以满足现有的使用要求,确保使用安全。老城区建筑格局已形成板块,拆迁难度极大。对这些地区改造只能在狭小的空间进行施工,尤其是小空间的支护与开挖工作难度极大。需要综合考虑基坑支护、周围土体情况、地下水情况、施工场地等多重因素。本文结合实际工程讨论了城市小空间深基坑支护与开挖方法。 In recent years, the process of urbanization has been accelerating. The update rate of construction codes is not as fast as the growth rate of construction, and many building codes are no longer adapted to the existing construction requirements. From the perspective of safety, old buildings must be transformed to meet existing requirements and ensure safe use. The building pattern of the old city has formed a plate, and the demolition is extremely difficult. The reconstruction of these areas can only be carried out in narrow spaces, especially the support and excavation of small spaces is extremely difficult. Multiple factors such as foundation pit support, surrounding soil conditions, groundwater conditions, and construction site need to be considered comprehensively. This paper discusses the methods of deep foundation pit support and excavation in small urban space based on actual engineering.
