新会蛇伤药酒局部涂擦对恙虫病患者焦痂的愈合作用

Healing effect of local inunction of Xinhui snake bite tincture for eschar of scrub typhus patients

目的探讨新会蛇伤药酒局部涂擦对恙虫病患者焦痂的愈合作用,以利完善对恙虫病症状体征的护理对策。方法97例恙虫病患者,随机分为对照组(50例)和观察组(47例)。对照组采用常规模式针对发热、焦痂与溃疡和皮疹等症状体征进行对症护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用新会蛇伤药酒涂擦焦痂处。观察比较两组患者的焦痂面积、焦痂消退时间、入院体温、出院体温及住院时间。结果观察组患者的焦痂消退时间(8.32±1.18)d明显短于对照组的(9.60±1.23)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的出院体温均低于入院体温,并降至正常,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的焦痂面积、入院体温、出院体温及住院时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新会蛇伤药酒局部涂擦对恙虫病患者焦痂有较好的愈合作用,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the healing effect of local inunction of Xinhui snake bite tincture for eschar of scrub typhus patients,so as to improve the nursing measures for symptoms and signs of scrub typhus.Methods A total of 97 scrub typhus patients were randomly divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(47 cases).The control group received symptomatic care for fever,eschar,ulcers,and rash and other symptoms and signs in the conventional mode.The observation group received local inunction of Xinhui snake bite tincture on the basis of the control group.The eschar area,eschar disappearance time,admission temperature,discharge temperature and hospitalization time were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The eschar disappearance time(8.32±1.18)d in the observation group was obviously shorter than(9.60±1.23)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The discharge temperature of the two groups was lower than the admission temperature,and decreased to normal.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in eschar area,admission temperature and discharge temperature between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Local inunction of Xinhui snake bite tincture shows good healing effect for eschar of scrub typhus patients,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
