摘要
我国高校教学科研人员评价体系改革已取得一定成果,但仍存在极大的优化空间。探究法国大学教学科研人员评价体系的基本特征及经验借鉴对我国完善高等教育管理意义重大。文章在分析法国大学教学科研人员评价类型的基础上,提炼该体系的基本特征,总结其成功经验和存在问题,旨在为完善我国高校教学科研人员评价体系提供有益的借鉴。
The reform of teacher evaluation system in Chinese universities has achieved some results,but still have a huge possibility for optimization.Exploring the basic characteristics and experience of the evaluation system of teaching and research personnel in French universities has great significance to improve the management of higher education in China.Based on the analysis of the evaluation type of teaching and research personnel in French universities,refining the basic characteristics of the system and summarizing its successful experience and extant problems,this article aims to provide useful reference for perfecting the teacher evaluation system in Chinese universities.
